My name is Sister ك.

I started KHŪSHŪ’ because, like you, seeing the state of the world had me feeling a way no human being should. I felt utterly helpless seeing my sisters and their children in almost every corner of the world struggling to survive.

I found myself in a state of extreme sadness seeing how the children of this Ummah and their families were/are being deprived of dignity in their lives, or, in many cases, even the barest basics of life.

I realized that I no longer had the luxury of putting off my lifelong dream of being of service to the world in a notable way - I had to create a vehicle for sustainable, long-term, high-impact positive change for humanity now.

Enter: KHŪSHŪ'

That is why we aim to create change by implementing a "triple-win" approach in our operations which benefits the Ummah at every stage.

We do this by: providing the highest quality goods at the most reasonable prices, sourcing from independent, mostly female Muslim artisans and reducing environmental harm, and finally, by using profits to support critical projects that help women and children all around the world live dignified lives.

Numbers are one of the best ways to tell a story, and we hope that by the end of our first year of operation, we will be able to share one of enormous impact with you, in shaa Allah.
